Secondary Zones

Secondary Zones are the additional global workspace areas accessible from the bottom of the left sidebar. They cover cross-event management of Speakers, Sponsors, Attendees, Forms, Records, Lists, Logs, Rooms and Resources (beta), Auctions (beta), Donations (beta), and Badges (beta).

Global Speakers

The global Speakers zone lists every speaker across all events. Use it to maintain a speaker roster, update bios and headshots, and assign speakers to multiple events without re-entering their details each time. Speaker records are shared — editing a bio here updates it everywhere that speaker appears.

Global Sponsors

The global Sponsors zone works like global Speakers — one master record per sponsor organization, linked to multiple events at different sponsorship levels. You can bulk-upload sponsor logos and set default sponsor-tier branding from here.

Global Attendees

Global Attendees shows every attendee record across your entire event portfolio. This is the right view for cross-event queries: 'show me everyone who registered for any event in Q3' or 'find all attendees whose email bounced'. Each row links to the underlying Salesforce Attendee record.

Global Forms

Forms created in Forge can be reused across events. The global Forms zone shows all forms in your workspace, their type (registration, session sign-up, survey), and which events use them. You can build a form here and attach it to events later.

Records

Records is a lightweight Salesforce record browser. It shows raw conference360__ and bt_base__ object data in a table — useful for admins who need to inspect or audit the underlying data without opening Salesforce.

Lists

Lists lets you build and manage mailing lists or static groups of contacts separate from dynamic Audiences. A List is a manually curated set — useful for VIP invitee lists, board member communications, or staff directories.

Logs

Logs shows the Forge system activity log — API calls, webhook deliveries, email send events, and integration errors. Use it to debug why a triggered email did not fire, or to trace a payment that did not resolve.

Rooms and Resources (beta)

Rooms and Resources lets you define physical and virtual spaces that can be assigned to sessions. A room has a capacity and a type (conference room, auditorium, breakout). When you assign a room to a session, Forge warns you of conflicts if another session is already occupying that room at the same time.

Auctions and Donations (beta)

The Auctions and Donations secondary zones are the Forge management surfaces for the Fundraising module (bt_fundraising__ namespace). Auctions supports live, silent, and timed formats. Donations manages one-time and recurring giving campaigns. Both require a Fundraising license add-on.

Badges (beta)

Badges lets you design and print name badges for event attendees. Choose from badge templates, customize fields (name, company, ticket type, QR code), preview the layout, and generate a print-ready PDF per event or in bulk.
