Forge-Managed Users (No Salesforce Account)

Lets an admin invite people to use Forge with a Forge-managed username and password instead of a Salesforce user account. Their writes still run through your org's existing Salesforce connection — Forge tracks who made each change separately. Enabled, a Forge-managed auth-mode option appears in the Invite User dialog on Admin → Users.
